Dr. Denaige McDonnell is a distinguished health and safety professional with nearly 30 years of industry experience, including groundbreaking work as one of the first female roughnecks in Canada’s oil and gas sector. She holds a PhD in Management, alongside master’s degrees in philosophy and business, and is an accredited member of multiple international safety associations. Dr. McDonnell's global experience spans industries such as construction, oil & gas, retail, manufacturing, and transportation. As a specialist in psychosocial risk management, Dr. McDonnell brings a unique blend of field experience and academic rigor to her work at PRM Inc., where she is dedicated to advancing workplace mental health and safety culture through performance boosting business practices.
